Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unworn items in their original K-Swiss shoebox or packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
